Stronger Together:
In Business & Community

Real estate is the business of building communities. Here’s how Bellwether makes good on that idea.

Our Community Philosophy

We believe that the best way to share our core values is to embody them through action. We strive to positively impact those around us: non-profit organizations, affiliates and partners, clients, and the communities at large where we’re present. While our brokerage believes in the importance of building relationships and serving others, we’re proud that our brokers have their own projects and initiatives that they start or support. We, in turn, help amplify that message and build bridges throughout the community, acting as a connector between people who want to make positive change and solve problems.

Growing Veterans

Established in Lynden in 2012, Growing Veterans is a non-profit farm whose mission is to “end isolation through creating purpose and belonging” by focusing on three pillars: growing food, community, and each other.

Boys & Girls Club

With clubhouses in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, and Blaine, the local Boys & Girls Club organization has helped mentor and provide young people the foundations to succeed in academia and life.

Bellingham Central Lions Club

Founded in 1923, the local Lions have served Whatcom County in their pursuit to eradicate preventable blindness and deafness, providing free vision and hearing exams as well as eye glasses and hearing aids to those in need. They also operate the Wheelchair Warehouse where they loan out medical equipment throughout Whatcom County.

“Hunger VS Hunger has been a tremendously impactful effort. This year, we have raised a full month of food purchases serving tens of thousands of Whatcom County families. Ethan’s powerful determination to push limits and spread awareness of the day-to-day realities of hunger is unmatched. So much gratitude to everyone who has supported Hunger VS Hunger and has invested in feeding our community.”
