Founded in 2015 in Bellingham, Washington, Bellwether Real Estate is your locally owned and operated experience brokerage. We’ve created a unique culture exclusive to high-quality brokers committed to conducting business with the utmost integrity, personal care, and attention to detail. We believe that everything we do – from the transactions we help facilitate to the communities and people we serve – must have a positive impact, directly and indirectly.

Our Leadership team
Bellwether Real Estate is owned by Mike and Vanessa Parry. Together, Mike and Vanessa have built a brokerage defined by collaboration, integrity, and community impact, creating a culture where experienced brokers thrive – supported by innovation, strong leadership, and a team-first mindset – and where clients and their needs are put first.
Mike brings nearly two decades of expertise in commercial real estate and business strategy, while Vanessa contributes her nationally-recognized negotiation skills and relationship-focused approach to residential real estate.
