Originally from Chicago, Chris relocated to the Pacific Northwest and then obtained her real estate license in 1985. She now has over 30 years’ experience listing and selling homes throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Southwest Washington, Eastside of Seattle and, currently, Whatcom County.

Chris’s areas of expertise includes single family residential homes, gated communities, condominiums, waterfront, acreage, golf course properties, new construction, and investment properties. She brings to real estate a background of 10 years in the legal field, which has been invaluable in the attention to detail that every transaction requires. She also spent several years volunteering as a member of the Professional Standards Committee.

Chris currently lives in Birch Bay Village with her rescue German Shepherd Dog, Pax. You might find her hanging out with him in the summertime at CJ’s Beach House on the outdoor patio, or walking along the beach at Birch Bay State Park. She also enjoys playing golf from time to time!
