After graduating from University of Washington, Ethan returned to his Bellingham roots to continue a real estate career that he began at just 16 years old. Ethan got his Managing Broker’s license a few years back and has stepped into a management role at Bellwether in the last year. Ethan continually produces among the top agents at the firm and has grown a grassroots business that’s truly unique to him. Blending immense professional ambitions with a desire to give back, Ethan created a community-first business platform. His annual Hunger vs Hunger fundraising campaign continues to bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars per year for the Bellingham Food Bank. His efforts were recently recognized when he was awarded the 2025 WA State Service Award.
