A lifelong Whatcom County resident, I combine local expertise with a genuine passion for helping people find their perfect home. From paddleboarding in Bellingham Bay to hiking Mt. Baker, I know what makes life here so special — and I love sharing it with others.

I’m Lindsay Davis, a lifelong resident of Whatcom County with deep roots in the area. I grew up in Ferndale, then lived in Custer, before I ultimately settled in South Bellingham near Lake Samish. My husband Abe and I have two boys, Ryker and Terek. I truly adore the Pacific Northwest for its abundance of outdoor activities. I enjoy spending time on the water; in fact, I often go crabbing from my paddleboard at a charming location in Bellingham Bay. My family and I love hiking at Mt. Baker in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. There are countless trails for running, breweries to gather with friends, and stunning locations to watch the sunset.

My passion for real estate has been a constant throughout my life. Open houses have always sparked my excitement, and I find genuine joy in helping people discover their perfect home. As a local real estate professional, I’m committed to making the home-buying or selling process both smooth and enjoyable.

If you’re considering entering the Whatcom County real estate market, I’d be thrilled to guide you. With the local housing market showing steady growth- now could be an excellent time to explore your options. I’d love to grab a coffee and chat about why this area is the ultimate home sweet home!

"I have been with Bellwether since I began my journey in Real Estate five years ago. I appreciate that we are a smaller, local brokerage with a stunning office that overlooks Bellingham Bay. The brokers in our office feel like family, and we readily support one another when someone is away. We also engage in impact days to give back to our community, and we frequently share tips and experiences that can lead to smoother transactions."
