Margaret Warner is a broker with Bellwether Real Estate and a member of the Kimberly Secord Team, serving clients throughout Whatcom, Skagit, and Island Counties, and beyond. In addition to residential sales, Margaret offers lifelong experience in estate liquidation and downsizing, providing thoughtful support to individuals and families navigating major transitions. A fifth-generation art and antiques appraiser and estate specialist, Margaret brings a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, history, and design to her real estate practice. Her background includes art history, sales, fundraising, antique show management, and exhibition curatorship, with expertise in European and early American period furniture, Asian art and antiques, and 20th-century European and American design. She is fluent in Italian and lived in Italy while earning her art degree—and while she’s truly fluent in Italian.

Margaret was featured on A&E’s 48 Hours to Buy, where she helped clients successfully relocate to Bellingham on a tight timeline—highlighting her calm, capable approach and commitment to client success.

Above all, Margaret values long-term relationships. She works collaboratively, communicates transparently, and takes pride in guiding clients with care and integrity. Many of her clients return again and again, becoming close friends—and in some cases, trusted colleagues—along the way.
