Broker/Owner

Residential

I have been a Real Estate Broker since 2015 and I am also a proud co-owner of Bellwether Real Estate. With years of experience and a deep passion for helping people, I specialize in residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, multi-family units, investment properties, and land—mainly throughout Whatcom and Skagit counties, as well as most of Washington state along the I-5 corridor.

I’m known for my relationship-first approach, blending market expertise with genuine care and responsiveness. My commitment to outstanding service and building lasting client relationships even earned me Bellwether’s “Awesome Relationships Award” in 2017 prior to my ownership role.

What sets me apart is my elite negotiation skills. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert—a designation held by less than 0.1% of agents nationwide—I bring strategic strength and confidence to every transaction.

Beyond my work in real estate, I am actively involved in my community and enjoy giving back. I plan and participate in Bellwether Real Estate’s Impact Days, which give our agents opportunities to volunteer. Clients frequently say that working with me feels like partnering with a friend—someone who truly has your best interest at heart.

I invite you to connect to see how I can help you achieve your real estate goals.

"I’ve been at Bellwether since it opened in 2015. I originally came here because my husband, Mike Parry, founded it with 4 other partners. I immediately loved the brokerage. The energy, vibe, and aesthetic of the office were great, but what was truly significant was the culture. From the beginning, Bellwether was “built by brokers made for brokers,” and it really shows. The spirit of collaboration was always a key component of Bellwether. We believe success does not have to be on the backs of others. We can all succeed together and be kind to one another. The pillars of Bellwether also drew me in:Personal Growth & Freedom, Awesome Relationships, and Impacting the World. Bellwether taught me how to be a great broker and to be successful while also investing in myself and the community around me. Now I get to run Bellwether with my husband, Mike which has been a great experience. We have complementary strengths and weaknesses and we just work really well together. I love running a local company that is broker-centric and gives back to the community. We’re in a growth phase and it’s been fun not only sprucing up the office, but making significant changes that are impactful to our brokers. The happier and more supported they are, the more they are able to, in turn, help their clients in a successful way. I also love how involved in the community our brokers are as well."
